Whatever the reason for the file loss we have a range of data recovery techniques that enable us to
recover lost files. When files are deleted for example, the structure may be damaged but the data may remain on the disk and
it should be possible to recover these files.
When we recover a Microsoft Word document we will attempt
to recover any text, formatting, tables, bullet lists, charts
and drawings. On Microsoft Excel we try to retrieve any worksheets,
cell data, formulas, graphs, charts and formatting. For PowerPoint
presentations we can restore damaged slides and repair corrupt
presentation files including all files, slides, text and graphics.
We can repair corrupted or damaged Tables, Queries, Forms,
Reports, Macros and Modules on an Access databases. When we
recover emails from Outlook or Outlook express we attempt
to retrieve any attachments. Please be aware that the attachments
may also need to be recovered seperately if they contain complex
documents, spreadsheets or presentations.

FASTPASS - Recoveries are usually processed on a First Come
basis. It is possible to queue jump by purchasing a Fastpass
for £40. This is only available on Hard disk recoveries.
Payment can be by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. When payment is received we will complete
the recovery by copying the data to a suitable media.
NO FIX - NO FEE. If we are unable to recover any data we do not charge.
